Warm Hands (HN Care) operates the WarmHands portal for TRICARE caregiver coordination after an authorization or referral in Korea.
What we collect on public forms
When you request caregiver coordination, we collect patient name, contact number, hospital selection, preferred date, request note, optional date of birth, and optional English-support preference. We do not collect credit card numbers, account passwords, TRICARE DBN numbers, or insurance account numbers through this public portal.
Why we use it
Information is used only to identify your case, coordinate caregiver support, and contact you about next steps. Status lookup uses patient name and date of birth to find matching requests.
Sharing and retention
With your consent, we may share coordination details with vetted partner caregiver organizations to arrange services. Request data is retained for operational and compliance needs, generally up to 12 months after a request is closed unless a longer period is required by law or TRICARE program rules.
